Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options at Cold Brewed Coffee Company, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, processing, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. If the order is placed on Friday the order might not be processed until Monday the following business day. Sometimes there are delays in the processing time, which can take an additional 2–3 days. We do everything in our power to process within 24 hours and have the item shipped to you based on the shipping paid for at check out.
Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 20–35 business days. US orders are dispatched immediately after processing the product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-5 days to arrive at their destination (Standard Shipping) but can take longer from time to time-based unforeseen delays.
By order from us, you fully understand the shipping and processing times stated here are estimates, and we will make the best effort to make sure you get your item within this time frame.
